My work draws upon an empathic and trusting therapeutic relationship to safely explore your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions.
I bring to counselling a warm, collaborative, client-centred perspective that honours your need to share your pain or fear and harnesses your innate capacity for growth. This fundamental relational style is backed by decades of extensive research and proven to help clients effect change in their lives. I also draw on EFT, ACT, CBT, and existentialism.
I'm currently accepting clients for in-person therapy at my Comox office, as well as online or phone counselling for BC residents. I look forward to hearing from you!
