Hi! Helping people live better, more fulfilling lives is my passion. I am a counsellor-in-training, completing a Master of Counselling Psychology (MACP) with Yorkville University. I approach each session by allowing clients to voice their struggles, and acknowledge their strengths. I work eclectically, pulling from Cognitive-Behavioural therapy, and person-centred approaches. I am an EMDR-trained clinican, and work from a trauma-informed lens! I am here to hold the lantern while we navigate the challenges of life.
