Starting therapy takes courage, and I understand the hesitation some might feel about opening up, especially to a male therapist – it's a step that requires a lot of trust. However, I want to assure you that my practice is a place of warmth and non-judgment. Having faced my own mental health struggles, I connect deeply with those on a similar journey and I provide a calm, grounded presence in session.
