I want to commend you for seeking support as you navigate through your unique journey toward healing and personal growth. It's not easy and takes a great deal of strength. I believe that we are all unique and as such we experience life from our own unique perspective, despite our common humanity. My approach is person-centred and I have many years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life, especially those suffering traumatic brain injury. I also co-facilitate weekly group therapy and psycho-educational counselling workshops on various mental health topics at the Medical Clinic for Person-Centred Psychotherapy.
Over the years, my experiences and education have helped me gain an understanding of just how complex this human experience can be. I offer a non-judgmental space for us to collaborate and work through your unique concerns and issues. I primarily use a mixture of cognitive behavioural, mindfulness-based, somatic, supportive, and solution-focused therapies.
