I enjoy empowering individuals to recognize their own strengths and find a way through the tumultuous life paths.
I specialize in dealing with anxiety disorders, trauma, emotional regulation, and women’s issues. I take pride in using practical and empowering solutions to life problems. Due to the challenges and vulnerabilities the pandemic has created I offer sliding scale rates to students and frontline workers.
