I provide in person sessions in Kentville, and virtual therapy for individuals across Nova Scotia. I work with adults with a wide range of concerns including life transitions, behaviour change, addictions, anxiety, panic, and depression. I support my clients in creating healthy habits, developing assertiveness skills, improving self-esteem, boundary setting, understanding + navigating emotions, and defining what they want in life.
