I am an Indigenous person who draws on multiple approaches, and is rooted in the emotional experience. Allowing us to build a strong therapeutic relationship, while learning to recognize emotions as they come, and respond to them with intention. This will allow you to address what's beneath the surface, and create meaningful goals, with lasting impact.
