Welcome - I am glad that you are here! Congratulations on taking that first step in reaching out for support! Life can be challenging at times - maybe you are feeling anxious, depressed, exhausted, stuck, overwhelmed, stressed or misunderstood. Maybe finding it challenging with the process of the loss of a loved one or a relationship? I welcome clients facing various daily challenges and support clients who are striving to bring well-being back into their lives. I have experience in supporting individuals with mental health challenges, addiction, grief, relationship issues and more!
I am here to hear your story and support you in reaching your therapeutic goals. I use Person Centered (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, Motivational Interviewing while incorporating harm reduction techniques. I am a trauma-informed counsellor who aims to build trust and support in navigating you through challenging times.
My goal is to create a safe, warm, collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. As we work together, we will explore the root of your anxiety, depression, stress, or any feelings you may be having.
