I work from a flexible perspective, pulling from various therapeutic approaches such as, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, mindfulness, and self-compassion focused interventions to best meet your individual needs.
I’ve always been drawn to the human experience. This passion drove me toward work as a psychotherapist, mental health volunteer, and to a former career as a journalist.
