Have you been feeling stuck, numb, anxious, or overwhelmed? Caught in the same unfulfilling or unhelpful patterns? Life’s challenges can often leave us feeling helpless and isolated, but you don’t have to face them alone. Welcome! I’m Madeline, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s difficulties and find emotional, mental, and relational well-being. I am passionate about coming alongside others wherever they are at in their journey. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, loneliness, life transitions, a sense of failure, or loss, I’m here to support you.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and client-centered, creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, build on your strengths, foster resilience, and make meaningful changes guided by what is most important to you.
I work collaboratively with clients, tailoring my approach to each unique individual. I use an intentionally integrative range of methods and modalities, including ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS (Trauma-Informed Therapy), EFT, and Psychodynamic Therapy, to meet your specific needs and goals. Seeking help is often the hardest step, well done for taking the first step.
