I offer couples' counselling to help couples identify unhelpful patterns in their relationship and build more adaptive patterns to deepen their bond.
My approach includes techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and mindfulness-based practices, but together, we can develop an approach that aligns with your unique needs.
I offer a collaborative, 'down-to-earth' approach. I will listen to you, laugh with you, encourage you, and gently challenge you to meet your goals.
