Hi! When it comes to mental health, there is no one size fits all approach and seeking counselling can be scary. I am here to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate, space where you can feel heard. I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment, which allows clients to feel comfortable in sharing their past and present experiences. I feel it is important to meet each client where they are and to move forward at a pace that feels right for you. I work from a multi-faceted approach that is client centered and strength based.
I use an integrated evidence-based approach, mainly grounded in mindfulness-based therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy & components of DBT. We will work together to identify your goals and create a plan that is right for you. I strive to empower each client in finding the confidence and skills within reach each of their therapeutic goals.
