I connect with those navigating mental health (namely anxiety, panic attacks, autism meltdowns), neurodivergent folks, and perinatal maternal health. You may be journeying life not feeling "on" or like yourself. Have low capacity impacting your ability to function. Not feeling well rested or grounded. Debilitating headaches, brain fog, confusion, nausea, distraction… when one or more of these states take over, you can feel on edge, helpless, frustrated, disempowered, and hopeless. Through these moments of change and transition I believe in ease and abundance ahead for us. I would be honoured to hold space for you and your story.
My work as a Registered Counselling Therapist and Certified Music Therapist is grounded in virtues of compassion and loving kindness. Calling those I work with into a brave space with open hearts. To cultivate a story that feels in alignment with our Truth, rather than getting pulled into narratives that simply aren't serving us.
We don't have to be alone in our anxiety, overwhelm, and pain. We are here to heal - together, in community. Sessions are intentionally curated for each participant integrating components of discussion, reflection, mindfulness practices, as well as breath, music and sound.
