I believe in creating a trusting relationship where we are able to easily communicate with each other. I will help bring awareness to your thought patterns and see how it affects the way you feel and behave. I may provide you with alternative ways to cope and offer techniques, so you are best able to help yourself. I will listen and give you the space to express yourself and support you the way you want to be supported.
I offer both counselling and life coaching. Counselling/coaching should be affordable and accessible to everyone! Some areas I specialize in include: Anxiety, Depression, Social Anxiety, People Pleasing, Perfectionism, Self Worth and Life Transitions.
I offer a judgement free, safe space, where you can speak openly about anything. Although talking through painful past experiences can be uncomfortable, this is where the healing begins. I am here to support and help you develop the skills to live your best life.
