It is possible to resolve the limiting patterns that hold us back. Healing is a complicated process but it doesn't have to be painful. My goal is to support individuals in overcoming past wounds so that they can connect with their authentic selves and feel stronger and more self-aware. My therapeutic approach focuses on developing resilience to find relief from anxiety or depression. Together, we will get to the root of your difficulties and help you learn more adaptive ways to manage them.
There is no one-size-fits-all therapy; I will work with you to determine your desired outcome and develop a plan to meet your needs. My wish is to provide a safe, collaborative, grounded, non-judgmental space from which we can connect to your experiences.
