While providing a safe and compassionate space, my approach is creative, open, and flexible. I understand that just as painful experiences are unique for each person, so is their healing process.
My focus is to help individuals feel empowered to transform their struggles into powerful tools for recovery. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I possess the advanced clinical training to meet clients wherever they are on their journey and support them in successfully reaching their goals for growth.
