There comes a point in someone’s life where they decide, “enough is enough. Something has to change, and this change starts with me.” My ideal client is someone who is tired of old unhelpful repeated life patterns and who is determined to grow and become a better version of themselves. They are individuals who are ready to put in the work to see the results that will lead them to the life outcomes they long for. The issues I have worked for are addictions, men’s mental health, experiences from a multicultural lens, relational issues, and anxiety & coping skills.
For many, the culture we come from, the beliefs we learned consciously and unconsciously in our home growing up, and our gender can impact the choices and beliefs we have of ourselves and of our created world. Our beliefs can serve us, and some can harm us. My role is not to give you the right answers, but to help you find the truth that serves you best.
Therapy is a vulnerable place and choosing to trust another takes courage. I can appreciate the boldness it takes to decide to reach out to another human being to make sense of the challenges you may currently experience. Consider me a helpful voice who will guide you through the process of reflecting on your thoughts and in finding your own answers.
