Welcome! My name is Lina and I am a Registered Social Worker. I specialize in working with neurodiverse couples, couples going through difficult times, parent- adult child relationships, and working with individuals with anxiety and OCD. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ExRP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, and Narrative.
