Hello, I'm Luna (she/her/any), a female, Asian-European, queer, trilingual therapist (RTC, DVATI) based in Vancouver. Born in China and raised in Belgium, my multicultural background enriches my understanding and connection with clients from diverse cultures. I specialize in assisting women through significant life transitions such as separation and aging, and challenges including depression, sexual trauma, chronic health issues, and career burnout. My practice extends to addressing family dynamics, healing from family trauma, and supporting clients through experiences of racism, discrimination, and immigration trauma.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, integrating a variety of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian principles (archetypes, dreamwork, active imagination, mythology), and somatic Art Therapy.
