My clinical focus is improving your psychological well-being through different therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behaviour, solution-focused, interpersonal, and emotion-focused therapy. I am a Registered Social Worker with a Masters degree in Social Work.
I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups across mental health and life stressors. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, sexual health, stress management, self-esteem, post-partum, chronic health, parenting difficulties and grief.
