Hi, I'm Annie and my goal is to help you make sense of the chaos and find a path towards a more complete version of yourself. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, recently unemployed and not sure on next steps, overwhelmed by school or work, struggling with grief and loss, journeying through infertility, or you just need someone to talk to and make sense of it all, I am here for you.

I am a qualifying registered psychotherapist through the CRPO. I have previously worked as an educational assistant, and I have worked in supportive counselling for families who have been impacted by addictions and severe mental illness. I approach each unique therapeutic interaction with empathy, compassion, and nonjudgment. I have 2 pro bono spots open.

I use an eclectic approach and will adapt our therapy to better meet your needs. I am continuing to deepen my knowledge of how to navigate specific issues such as trauma, infertility, and grief.
