Hi, my name is Misha. From a trauma survivor to a Certified Trauma Therapist, I created Lotus Garden Counselling to provide a holistic and culturally informed quality of mental health support that cultivates growth, empowerment, and connection. I specialize in treating complex post-traumatic stress (C-PTSD) as result of childhood, relational, sexual, or vicarious trauma. From anxiety, anger, addiction, challenges in your relationships or difficulty with day to day tasks, I can help you develop attainable goals with actionable strategies to create harmony in your inner, and outer, worlds.
My approach to therapy is a unique blend of Eastern Philosophy and Western Psychology. By creating an individualized plan tailored to your unique needs, identities, beliefs, and strengths, I will work collaboratively with you toward redeveloping one of your most important relationships... the relationship you have with yourself.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to every potential client as I firmly believe that finding a therapist who is the right fit is one of the most important elements of deep and meaningful theraputic work.
