Over the past thirty-five plus years, I have worked in mental health settings, community-based organizations and child welfare services. I have borne witness to incredible acts of courage as people seek to confront their past, stand in the present and redefine what they want in the future.
I have a variety of interests and am increasingly anchored by my mindfulness meditation practice which I have been developing over the past 20 years. I continue to experience its immense benefits both personally and professionally.
