I have worked in community and art spaces, nightlife and harm reduction for 18 years and bring a relational, wholistic approach to Gestalt Psychotherapy with a focus on what is present. I work from a queer-embracing, neurodivergence affirming, and anti-oppressive framework, and strive to be actively anti-racist and to be aware of systemic privileges I hold.
I have experienced the changes therapy can bring and I understand the need for self compassion while seeking both peace and passion within.
