Ultimately, my goal as a psychotherapist is to be able to help facilitate positive change and overall well being for each client I have the privilege to walk along side. I have 20+ years experience helping people manage mental health issues such as (but not limited to) complex childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal & postpartum, life transitions, grief & loss. I am also a certified clinical supervisor, currently registered to supervise Yorkville University practicum students and qualifying CRPO registrants.
