I use CBT Humanistic (Rogerian) Positive Psychology Strengths-Based, Trauma-Informed Approach Systematic Desensitization (Behavioural) approaches, depending upon the issues and goals defined by the client.
I have worked with adults, adolescents, and couples for the past 20 years. My clients are the "experts" in their own lives in terms of goal setting and the issues that are most important to them. I believe in the self-determination and resilience of every client I work with.
