Our lives are very complex and often we are faced with many challenges that overwhelm us. My priority is to provide a supportive environment for you to work through your experiences, thoughts and fears. My training in EMDR allows us to work through trauma and personal stressors that you may be living with.
My area of focus includes those who have experienced trauma. I work flexibly with all age groups including children and youth. Shifting your path along a healing journey may come with mixed emotions. My goal is to help you to celebrate your strengths and explore strategies that best support your success.
