I believe we all go through struggles and experiences in life where we may need extra support to rise above. I provide an empathetic and holistic approach to building trust and open communication within our counselling relationship. I am also open-minded and am culturally inclusive.
The therapeutic approaches I use are through the lens of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered, Attachment and Family Systems Theories. At times, I use a CBT and DBT approach to encourage mindful thinking. I work with children, youth and adults. In addition, my background has been in education, working with children and youth with diverse needs.
