My approach to therapy involves incorporating CBT techniques with Mindfulness as well as drawing on other therapeutic approaches to maximize benefit for the patient. I take a holistic approach in my practice and offer empathetic, nonjudgmental, and tailored therapy to each and every patient. A strong therapeutic alliance is a key foundation in my practice.
Life is often full of many stressors which makes it incredibly difficult to cope. Nonetheless, we can work together to cultivate balance between the Mind, Body, and Soul to achieve a sense of hope, positivity, and resilience in the face of life's challenges.
