I'm a dedicated clinical counsellor and coach with a passion for empowering women to navigate the complexities of modern life. With over 15 years of experience in counseling and stress management, I provide a compassionate and evidence-based approach to help you achieve effective stress management solutions. My practice focuses on addressing the unique challenges faced by women who juggle multiple roles, such as being a mom, partner, professional, and caregiver as I understand that balancing these responsibilities can often lead to feelings of overwhelm and stress.
I specialize in working with my clients to manage; symptoms of trauma, adverse childhood experiences, sexual abuse, anxiety and depression that are keeping you from finding peace and balance. I also offer coaching to help you learn and build habits aimed at reducing symptoms related to stress and burnout and create connection with yourself and with others.
