I offer a warm, relational, depth-oriented approach to individuals looking for help with existential concerns, anxiety, and avoidance through an attachment lens. I am also available for couples work using an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) framework, particularly around infidelity. I am accepting new clients as of May 2024.
I offer "second-line" treatment for individuals who are struggling, but have not found CBT-like approaches helpful. By contrast, my couples work is usually 8-20 sessions, and is more structured, in recognition of the fact that treating a relationship is not the same as an individual.
Making appointments can be tedious! I invite you to send me a very short email from this page and we will find a time for a free telephone consult to make sure I'm a good fit for you.
