Hello everyone-I have had to temporarily suspend my practice due to a serious injury- Please check back later if you are still looking for support, If you’re curious about meeting a new counsellor, or therapy in general, I can offer a soft place to land. If you feel lonely, unseen or disconnected, or struggle with your mental health, you are not alone, and a little support can go a long way. Anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, grief, and strained relationships are challenges I support. We have a creative and rich variety of tools to draw from to support your needs; IFS, CBT, EMDR, narrative or art therapy are just a few.

While my areas of focus are anxiety, trauma, and identity work, I tend to connect well with neurodivergent folks and those who have always felt a bit different from others. We can prioritize building upon your unique strengths to help find peace in the past to move toward a more authentic and hopeful future. I strive to provide affirming care in all I do.

If you choose to connect with me, you can expect an authentic (and imperfect!) therapist who truly cares for, and respects, people and who uses humour, a gentle approach and curiosity to invite people to connect with their inner knowledge.
