It is difficult to take the first step toward therapy, and I am committed to walking with you on the path of healing. My clients struggle with navigating family, their mental health, social situations and school. I strive to provide a safe space, free from judgement to develop self-determination and strenth to navigate these challenges. I work with early childhood, children and youth, families, couples and adults. I also support groups and organizations to recognize the importance of maintaining strong mental health awareness and becoming equipped with self-care tools.
I specialize in stress and anxiety, neurodiversity, depression, abuse, family conflict, aging and trauma. I am trained in suicide prevention. I draw from modalities to fit each client’s needs, including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Dialectical Behavioural Informed Therapy, Mindfulness, Solutions-Focused Interventions and Trauma-Informed Care.
