I'm looking forward to meeting you, and I recognize how difficult it can be to create change in our lives. We may feel pain or discomfort when experiencing loss, anxiety, trauma, or substance abuse, and it may be challenging to do this alone. Having experienced many difficult life events, such as divorce, death of a spouse, and being a mom of 3 adult children, I sought therapy to get me through the challenges I was experiencing. I know the pain that accompanies major life transitions and how overwhelming life can be when you feel like you have no control or support.
My goal is to provide a place where you are safe to explore with compassion and kindness, and where we can face these challenges together. We will develop coping strategies and find relief from symptoms that are causing you concerns.
