With over 10 years of experience, I am passionate to helping others overcome their struggles. Life can be difficult at times; however, I believe every person has resiliency and I am eager to support you through this journey. I foster a non-judgemental, empathetic and warm environment in order to work collaboratively to achieve therapeutic goals. I have earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University and my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto. I have also acquired training in several hospital settings including Women's College Hospital and Sick Kids prior to beginning private practice.
I specialize in childhood interpersonal trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety and relational issues. I use an integrative approach, which draws on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), relational psychotherapies, attachment-informed methods, somatic psychotherapies, narrative therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
As finding the right Therapist is an important component in therapy, I am more than happy to provide a free consultation over the phone to see if it's a good fit. Currently, I am accepting new clients and have availability in the daytime and evenings.
