I enjoy working with couples and individuals to address relationships issues, explore what is happening and to find a way forward. Often there are multiple issues going on at once and I can assist clients in prioritizing goals and identifying preferred ways of being in all areas of their lives. We can get caught up in "the problem story of self" and can't see all the other storylines we are living. I enjoy assisting clients in recognizing the other "stories of self" and finding ways to enhance these in their day to day lives. Most clients want to feel well, at peace, and experience love and joy.
I offer a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space for couples, individuals, and families to explore in depth the issues they are facing with the goal of assisting to find a way forward. I collaborate with my clients to try a variety of strategies that may assist them in moving away from the "problem" and towards "solutions" or preferences.
No issue is too large or too small if it's impacting your day to day well-being. I would love to assist you in identifying some of the root causes of the issue you are seeking help with and together make a plan for ways to alter the outcomes (thoughts, feelings, behaviours) in your life.
