During stressful or difficult moments it can be helpful to discuss your concerns with a non-judgemental, supportive person. I am happy to provide support, including coping strategies, during these difficult times with a goal of improving quality of life. I provide short- or long-term therapy using a cognitive-behavioural approach or attachment approach.
I use a client-centred, integrative model to determine the best treatment approach for each client. My training is in evidence-based methods, such as CBT and Schema Therapy to treat a variety of issues. Some of my specialties include, eating behaviours, body-image, anxiety, chronic pain, and stress management.
