Accepting new clients! Everyone’s story and experiences are unique to them. It can be difficult to reach out for help when feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Through getting to know you and what you want for your future we can explore skills and strategies to reduce that stress and help achieve your goals. Life has a variety of stressors and struggles and I would like to walk that journey alongside you. Being able to explore these things in a judgment free environment is such an important part of acceptance and growth. With years of educational, professional, and lived experiences I understand the barriers to accessing services.
I have experience in working with children, youth, and adults who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictions. I utilize a variety of modalities such as, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I completed the Child and Youth Worker program and then continued on to receive my Masters in Social Work.
I am a mother of 2 teenaged boys. I would describe myself as a positive energetic person who loves to laugh and enjoys the little things in life. I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside (especially when it’s warm), listening to music, and food (cooking and eating the food!). Contact me with any questions.
