Change is hard, I know and understand this, but it is not impossible. Are you wanting to lessen your anxiety, deal with low mood, or have help getting through heightened stress? Let me be in your corner to help you elicit the change you want to see in your life and celebrate the accomplishments of all the steps it takes to get there. I offer individual virtual or in-person counselling for those aged 16+. We would start with exploring your goals or change you would like to see and then move onto tools or material for you to explore.
I am specialized in a few different types of counselling approaches. When we want to see change in our life there can be many ways to get there. I like to meet my clients where they are at, while always keeping the main goal in mind. A couple of specialty areas I have worked with are addiction, stress, anxiety, medical complexities, aging, and depression.
Supporting others is my passion in life. I offer a holistic approach, nonjudgemental space, and supportive atmosphere so you can move forward in the direction you would like to.
