I hold a particular interest in supporting individuals in healing from both childhood and adulthood trauma's, particularly relational traumas.

Virtual Perinatal Mental Health Group
The group aims to: Decrease levels of depression and anxiety, increase self-esteem and adjustment to parenting Decrease social and emotional isolation Improve marital and familial relationships Provide a group setting that creates a space for women to share their experiences of postpartum experiences Develop strategies to strengthen skills at a time when feelings of isolation are heightened.
