I approach counseling from a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective. For over 20 years my work has centered around the areas of grief and loss in all its forms. I’ve worked extensively in areas of sexual violence and with folks who have behaviours that may be all-consuming such as drugs, gambling, food, sex, etc.
