Counseling is time we get to bring attention to what you’re feeling and, given what you’ve experienced already, notice what you're ready to connect with now. My practice is rooted in nurturing secure connection with self and others. I work collaboratively supporting feelings of security, purpose & fulfillment, alongside a titrated, intentional release of anxiety/ fear. I am perpetually intrigued at how things can shift naturally and feel surprisingly easier as the wisdom in our body/ nervous system is effectively included in healing conversation.
I am a queer therapist and embrace a poly/ feminist friendly & neurodiversity affirming approach. I invite clients deepening connections in numerous aspects of life including meaningful relationships with others, gender diversity, anxiety, grief/ loss, relationship with movement/ play/ rest, creative/ artistic pursuits, career exploration and more.
I aspire to bring strong humility and genuine presence, and see humour and laughing together as powerful. It can take a bit of exploring to find an approach to therapy that really fits. I offer complimentary consultations and thoughtful referrals to alternate therapists as requested, in hopes of honouring you along your journey however that looks. Welcome!
