I offer integrative, evidenced-based interventions primarily informed by cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) for the treatment of a variety of mental health and wellness concerns. I work with patients with mood disorders, insomnia, issues of emotion regulation, life stressors and transitions, and relationship conflict. I also have particular experience and passion for treating anxiety, OCD, and related disorders.
In every case, I endeavour to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with my patients. I believe this process fosters trust and hope, and sets the stage for the implementation of a client-centred and collaborative treatment plan.
