My approach is holistic and draws on various frameworks to bring care and attention wherever needed, in mind, body, or spirit. I am influenced by existential philosophy, depth psychology, neuroscience, and anti-oppressive practice. I also offer Lifespan Integration therapy for trauma. We'll collaborate to create the therapy experience that suits you.
