I am a registered clinical counsellor, an approved clinical supervisor, and an educator with extensive experience. With gratitude for the opportunity to serve, I humbly bring over twenty years of experience to my practice. I've had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across diverse settings. The scope of my clinical work includes working with women in abusive relationships, complex trauma, risk assessment and crisis management, and multicultural counselling. I am passionate about my work and feel privileged and rewarded to do what I so immensely enjoy.
My counselling approach offers a relational, contemplative, and spiritual space that fosters encouragement and growth. I strive to create a nurturing environment rooted in empathy and understanding. I aim to foster resilience, acceptance and optimism, encouraging clients to embrace life’s challenges as opportunities for self-discovery and growth.
