The counsellors at my clinic, Liana Yip and Associates, provide space for you to take a deep breath, reflect, and reconnect with yourself during times when you might be feeling overwhelmed. While we are trained in many different modalities, the most commonly requested ones are EMDR, Jungian work, Couples therapy and CBT.
In session together, you can expect compassion, curiosity, and understanding from your therapist. We are here to provide you with a time that is just for you, for you to work on healing, growth, and renewal. Everyone at my clinic offers therapy through a trauma informed lens, which means we know how to support you as you share painful parts of your story.
