Whether you’re having trouble managing stress, understanding your emotions and behaviours, or want to develop coping skills, it is helpful to have a sounding board to support you. I help people navigate life transitions, manage relationship difficulties & recover from burnout. I provide a non-judgemental space to explore how your past experiences have influenced your current ways of coping. Through this process, I can assist you in developing new strategies to manage complex thoughts and feelings. I work from a trauma-informed, collaborative perspective to help you make the changes you want to make in your life.
I believe it can be beneficial to understand different parts of ourselves that impact our behavioural & emotional patterns in order to move towards our goals. Having assistance from a therapist to do so keeps this process feeling safe. I would be happy to support you in this way and help make your healing journey more palatable.
I am currently accepting new clients. It’s okay to reach out for help no matter the “size” of your problem and I truly believe mental health "check-ups" are equally important as physical ones. I'd love to hear from you to explore if we are a good fit to work together! Please feel free to get in touch to book a free 15-minute consultation.
