Li is a neurodivergent-affirming therapist. She is a level 4 trained Lifespan Integration therapist, a gentle, non-retraumatizing modality that effectively helps individuals process trauma, creates a deep sense that the trauma is "over," and illicits self-compassion and allows you to access your deep, innate wisdom. Li also uses ACT, Gottman, DBT, and CBT.
Drawing from her experience as an ND person and mother to ND teens, being a master' s-level counsellor, ten years as a special-education teacher, multiple business owner, and national championship-winning athletic coach, and leading with warmth and empathy, Li understands the value of deep caring in your journey to feeling more at home with yourself.
