As a somatic psychotherapist, I help individuals who feel disconnected from themselves and overwhelmed by stress or past trauma. My ideal clients seek a deeper connection between their body, heart and mind desiring healing that goes beyond talking about it. Using Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and mindfulness, I guide them to gently release tension, process emotions, and regain a sense of safety and balance in their lives. Together, we work toward self-awareness, emotional regulation, and authentic connection.
I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and stress through a humanistic and experiential approach: Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and compassion. We’ll process stored emotions, restore balance, and build deeper connections with yourself and others, supporting your inner intelligence along the way.
