I will walk alongside you, providing support as you navigate your journey and reach your goals because I believe that, together, we can turn any challenge into a chance for growth.
I strive to meet clients where they are in their journey. I take an integrative approach to counselling that draws from cognitive-behavioural, humanistic and solution-focused therapy. I often incorporate mindfulness, emotion-focused or narrative practices into sessions as well, allowing me to customize my approach to best meet the client’s needs.
